KHUNAWA [ called as GREEN CHILLI PICKLE] INGREDIENTS TO MAKE KHUNAWA [GREEN CHILLI PICKLE] ·       Fresh green chillies – 500 gram. ·       Garlic – 100 gram. ·       Ginger – 100 gram. ·       Amchoor powder [mango powder] – 1-4 cup. ·       Lemon – 1. ·       Salt to taste. ·       Mustard oil – 3 teaspoon. METHOD ·       First wash the green chilli and remove peal from ginger and garlic then wash it together. Keep in to the sun for 1 day. ·       In a grinding jar put green chilli, garlic, ginger, amchoor powder and salt to taste and grind it all. ·       In a pan heat the mustard oil and put in to the oil which u grind and stir it nicely for 15 minutes till it becomes mash. · ...
