INTRODUCTION OF MY BLOG
Welcome to my blog ’Banarasi Desi Pickle'.
Myself Anuradha Gond.I am a student of Bcom and I am from Utter Pradesh but I stay in Goa from when I was small. This is my 1st blog which I am going to show you on ‘’Banarasi Desi Pickle’’. I love to eat all types of pickles but specially on desi pickles which is prepared by my grandmother. That is why my passion is to make pickles from North Indian style of UP sounds firy but it is classic case of more bark than bite. My passion start from when I was 15 years of age. In summer vacation when I get holiday of 2 months from school. I use to always go to my village with my all famiy there I see my grany, mom, aunty and my sisters thay all sit together to make pickles on different types like Bharva mircha, nimki this name is very unique but its called in our language in’’ Bhojpuri’’ thay also is to make khunwa this is one of the pickle which is only made up of green chilli and other more ingredients etc there I also sit with them and I use to watch that how thay make pickles. I also use to write recipe by asking my grandma . When thay make pickles my mouth starts watering and how lovely its smell. It was very tasty and delicious. From that onwards I thought that I will create my own blog especially on pickles which will be known as ‘’Banarasi Desi Pickle’’. because I want to show this to all of my friends they should also know how it is prepared during olden days. I hope the aroma will lure you to it no matter where you will. With this I finish my introduction. Below is my receipe hope you all will like it and try it at home as well Thank You.
